The Rose and Kettle New Year’s Eve Dinner Menu

Come celebrate New Year's Eve with us. Five course prix fix menu, includes champagne toast; $65 per person, $120 per couple. Seatings at 5pm, 7 pm and 9 pm. Bar snacks and drink specials late.

Lobster chowder

Appetizer
crab cake with sautéed greens and lemon caper aioli
goat cheese and tomato tart with green onion coulis
duck wonton with apple, carrot, red onion, and soy vinaigrette

Salad/pasta
celeriac, fennel, apple, red onion, and Dijon vinaigrette
butternut squash ravioli, sage beurre noisette, arugula, walnuts
Arugula, toasted almonds, dried cherries, red onion, goat cheese, pomegranate vinaigrette

Entree
Grilled Filet Mignon with Asparagus, crab meat, asparagus, and roasted shallot mashies
Yellowfin tuna Au poivre with roasted shallot mashies and sautéed spinach
Grilled portabella with Mushroom risotto and grilled asparagus

Dessert
Chocolate torte with raspberry sauce
Apple Cider calvados sorbet
Butternut squash bread pudding with bourbon sauce
