In the fall, winter and spring we are open Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights.  In the summer we are open five nights a week.
Reservations are recommended.

The Rose & Kettle, offering gourmet dining in the Catskills, is located in a two-hundred-year-old house in Historic Cherry Valley, New York, 17 miles from Cooperstown and the Baseball Hall of Fame, and just ten miles from the Glimmerglass Opera. The Rose and Kettle offers fine dining in the Catskill Mountains.

Chef-owned and operated, The Rose and Kettle features a seasonal menu with an emphasis on fresh, local ingredients. The food is American, but with a southern European influence (French & Italian). The wine list features lots of unusual wines from small, excellent producers.

The Rose & Kettle is open Thursday through Sunday nights, except in July & August when it is open every day but Wednesdays. We begin serving dinner at 5pm. Reservations are recommended for this upstate New York restaurant, especially in July & August during Glimmerglass Opera season.
